Accuracy follows the source capture and its calibration. pin360 reports browser measurements from the supplied scan; it does not turn an unverified visual model into survey control. Use checked survey data and the appropriate professional method where tolerances, setting out, or design decisions depend on accuracy.

Bluebeam is excellent for formal PDF review and markup. pin360 connects the drawing location to live media, 360 views, findings, comments, share links, and optional 3D records so the evidence remains navigable after the markup session.
